Fibreglass & Gelcoat Repairs

We specialise in professional fibreglass and gelcoat repairs, restoring damaged hulls, decks, and structural surfaces back to proper working condition. Our work involves repairing impact damage, stress cracking, and deterioration in fibreglass structures, followed by accurate gelcoat reinstatement so repairs are durable, sound, and visually consistent with the rest of the vessel.

We also carry out osmosis (blister) repair, addressing moisture-related damage within the hull laminate. This process involves identifying affected areas, removing compromised material, allowing the structure to dry correctly, and rebuilding the laminate using proven marine repair systems. The result is a hull that’s structurally restored and protected for long-term use.
